Reykjavík is the world's smallest capital, and with its vibrant cultural scene it competes with even the world's greatest cities. The church Hallgrímskirkja and the iconic concert hall Harpa are defi nitely well worth visiting. Rugged mountain ranges and deep fjords dominate your journey to Stykkishólmur and the Snæfellsnes peninsula, where all the island's beauty unites – from sparkling snow fields to thundering waterfalls and petrified lava flows. Get to know the magical side of Iceland in Hólmavík and visit the seal colony in Hvammstangi before heading to the Arctic Circle in Grímsey. Here the variety of bird life is unique and the arctic fauna is simply fascinating. The SEAVENTURE route continues to the Norwegian Jan Mayen Island, whose active volcano Beerenberg can even be seen from afar. 99 % of the small micro-continent is under wildlife, is a breeding ground for countless seabirds and a habitat for numerous whales. Spitsbergen, known as polar bear country, follows along the pack ice shelf. There is a high probability chance of seeing the "king of the Arctic" around Ålesund National Park and the glacier-fringed Raudfjord. The final stop is Longyearbyen, bathed in spectacular light by the midnight sun. Here your gaze will wander in awe over the vast plateaus and barren uplands. This truly is a moment you will always remember.
