Norwegians are among the happiest people in the world. This is also due to the breathtaking nature that surrounds them: Crystal-clear lakes, huge fjords and imposing mountains - you can only feel good against this backdrop! You can see this for yourself directly after our arrival in Stavanger. The city in the southwest of Norway is located at the entrance to the Lysefjord, above which the Preikestolen towers as a world-famous natural phenomenon. Besides the beautiful surroundings, Stavanger itself has a lot to offer, for example the pretty white wooden houses of the old town Gamle Stavanger or the colourful facades in the Farbengasse.
Further north, in Bergen, the gateway to the fjords, the most beautiful postcard motifs are strung together. After leaving Scandinavia, you can look forward to three German North Sea islands. Whether it's long walks in the "Frisian Caribbean", as Föhr is called because of its dreamy white beaches, wellness on the Thalasso island of Norderney or a hike in the wonder world of the Wadden Sea on Borkum - here you can really take a deep breath and recharge your batteries.
