Individual arrival and return. Departure after breakfast.
Please note: Weather conditions may affect the schedule. The organizer reserves the right to adjust this if necessary.

The species-rich animal world will accompany us just as much as icebergs and glacier worlds. Current questions regarding climate change and the challenge ahead of us to preserve planet earth for future generations are also topics of the voyage. The lecturers on board will give us answers to these questions. In exciting lectures they will familiarise us with the destinations and point out omissions and requirements. Your expedition cruise starts and ends in Bremerhaven. This gives you the opportunity to reach Greenland without a flight. 24 days of adventure and excitement lie ahead. The SEAVENTURE is the right destination for this expedition in every respect.

The first destination is Lerwick on the Shetland Islands after a day at sea. We then continue towards Iceland, which we will honour with a visit to Reykjavik on the way back. The main destination of the voyage, however, is Greenland. After the passage of Prince Christian Sound, the highlights of the west coast await us, where we will quickly reach the iceberg boundary. Via Nuuk - the capital of Greenland - we will continue to Disko Bay. On the way, a Zodiac excursion awaits the fellow travellers again and again, and exciting excursions and breathtaking landscapes await us in the ports of call.

On board, renowned climate researchers will introduce us to the destinations as well as vividly present the topic of climate change. This is the only way to understand the Arctic and the Arctic Ocean. We will then return to Bremerhaven via Iceland and a visit to Reykjavik and Kirkwall on the Orkney Islands.
